A useful study plan is not about filling every hour of your day with work. It is about deciding what matters, giving each task enough time, and building a routine you can realistically maintain.

Start by listing your subjects, upcoming exams, assignments, and topics that need extra attention. Break large tasks into smaller actions, such as reviewing one lecture, solving five practice questions, or summarizing a chapter.

Assign study sessions according to your available time and energy. Set a specific goal for every session, such as solving ten questions or reviewing one lecture.

Review your plan at the end of each week. Identify what worked, what took longer than expected, and what needs to change. A good plan adapts to your progress.

Start with a manageable routine and protect time for sleep, breaks, and other responsibilities. Consistency matters more than creating a perfect schedule.
